Mexico City, October 8, 2008 – Global law firm Baker & McKenzie was named Transfer Pricing Firm of the Year in Mexico, according to International Tax Review, a leading global publication on tax. This is the third consecutive year that the Firm has been recognized as the best transfer pricing firm in Mexico.  Baker & McKenzie was also named Transfer Pricing Firm of the Year in San Francisco.

“We are very grateful for the acknowledgment of International Tax Review magazine, because for the third consecutive year we are recognized and recommended by our clients, among several other firms, as the best transfer pricing firm in Mexico,” said Moisés Curiel, tax director of the transfer pricing practice for Mexico and Latin America.

The International Tax Review’s Americas Tax Awards took place at the Waldorf-Astoria hotel in New York last week.  Firms received awards in three categories: transfer pricing, tax litigation, and general tax practice.
