Paris, 2 October 2008 – Baker & McKenzie advised TTI Inc., distributor of electronic components and a specialist in passives and connectors, on its acquisition of the French company Mateleco, the leading distributor of connectors in France. This acquisition will make the TTI-Mateleco alliance the number one distributor of passives and connectors in France. TTI operates in nearly 20 countries in the region.

The Baker & McKenzie team on the deal was led by M&A Partner Alyssa Gallot and included Hugo Sanchez de la Espada and Guillaume Nataf.

The sellers were advised by Frédéric Fontaine and Guillaume Pouyet of Fontaine Mitrani.
