Chicago, October 23, 2008 – In a survey of more than 7,500 associates by American Lawyer, the Chicago office of Baker & McKenzie LLP was ranked number one for its summer associate program. The Firm shares this ranking with law firm Hinshaw & Culbertson.
“We are grateful for this recognition from American Lawyer,” said Phil Suse, Managing Partner of the Firm’s Chicago office. “We’ve made great strides in our rankings on this survey. This is testament to the quality of work the Firm offers its summer associates and the value they receive in return. Providing challenging assignments and hands-on mentoring gives both the Firm and the summer associates the opportunity to adequately evaluate each other and be more selective.”
